At Athletic Club, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
